USDA loan – Home Buying Guide in Jacksonville NC

If you are planning to use USDA loan for your next home purchase, USDA has announced that the rezoning of their eligibility maps has been extended until March 27, 2013.  This means you could still pursue 100% financing in eligible areas into early 2013!  After the rezoning, it is expected that the areas of eligibility will be reduced.  The reason for this is because of the new and thriving communities developing in these once rural areas.

USDA loan is a great opportunity to buy a home with 100% financing if you are not a veteran or don’t want to use your VA loan.  It is cheaper than FHA loans where you are required to have a 3.5% down payment and also the mortgage insurance is higher for FHA loans.

This amazing opportunity is not only restricted to first time buyers!  Please feel free to contact Loni Walker at 910-467-3602 or LoniWalker@gmail.com for any questions or want to talk about the details and qualification of 100% financing and to explore available options!
