“Old” Hunters Creek

“Old” Hunter’s Creek is set far back from the main street on Hwy 21 located next door to Camp Lejeune Base Housing in Midway Park. If commute to Camp Lejeune is your priority, this is the community for you because you could either use the side gate on Piney Green Rd or the front gate on Hwy 24. This neighborhood is .5 mile to Camp Lejeune’s side gate, 1 mile to Camp Lejeune’s front gate and 10 miles to MCAS New River.

It is called “Old” Hunter’s Creek because there are two parts of Hunter’s Creek and this neighborhood was the first part to develope. The other part is the “New” Hunter’s Creek and has different entrance which is from Piney Green Rd. This neighborhood has four sections:

HC@ Foxcroft – $105,000 to $160,000 – Homes in HC@ Foxcroft have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1250 to 2250 square feet and built in mid 1980’s.

HC@ Autumn Chase – $150,000 to $160,000 – Homes in HC@ Autumn Chase have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths, 1250 to 2000 square feet and built between late 1980’s to early 1990’s.

HC@ Brookfield -$130,000 to $150,000 – Homes in HC@ Brookfield have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1000 to 1500 square feet and built between late 1980’s to early 1990’s. Townhouses are also available.

HC@ The Glen – features townhouses.
