Commons is an one-of-a-kind neighborhood that was developed with family in mind.  The neighborhood is set back from the main road by the neighborhood city park, Richard Ray Park.  As you drive into the neighborhood you will see walking/jogging paths that circled a recreational/community center, senior center, tennis courts, ball fields, skateboard park, ball fields, basketball courts, and schools (Commons Elementary, Commons Middle School and Northside High School).

Commons@ Ashcrof – $170,000 to $190,000 – Homes in Commons@ Ashcrof have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths, 1250 to 2250 square feet,1 to 2-car garage and built in the 2000’s. 

N’Side Hyatt – $170,000 to $190,000 – Homes in N’Side Hyatt have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths, 1250 to 2250 square feet, 1 to 2-car garage and built in the 1990’s.

N’Side@ Commons – $170,000 to $280,000 – Homes in N’Side@ Commons have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths, 1500 to 2750 square feet, 2-car garage and built between 1997 to 2006.
