June 2011 Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market

June 2011 saw sales activity hold steady in the Jacksonville NC real estate market, with 100 sales in Resale Homes and 151 sales in New Construction (as compared to May 2011 with 92 for Resale and 132 for New Construction).

Although we saw sales in June 2011 increased from the previous month, it is still less from last year sales (June 2010 with 157 for Resale and 189 for New Construction).

Total Resale Homes was 100 sales.  Below is the breakdown:
