February 2011 Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market

February 2011 saw sales activity hold steady in the Jacksonville NC real estate market, with 81 sales in Resale Homes and 82 sales in New Construction (as compared to January 2011 with 74 for Resale and 72 for New Construction).

Although we saw sales in February 2011 increased from the previous month, it is still less from last year sales (February 2010 with 113 for Resale and 87 for New Construction).

Total Resale Homes was 81 sales.  Below is the breakdown:
